RSVP for the opening of our brand-new Pharmaceutical Systems Assembly (PSA) facility

We will be opening the doors to our brand-new Pharmaceutical Systems Assembly (PSA) facility in January 2024 to our team, current and prospective customers as well as our trusted suppliers. From bespoke skid manufacture to modular production systems we can design, engineer, and build your safe, efficient, and sustainable production facility.

The PSA building is meticulously designed, boasting 890m2 of hygienic, cleanroom space housing 6 ‘Flexible’ Production cells each at approximately 12.8m x 6.4m, alongside two 10-ton overhead cranes and an 8m clear height to the under-slung gantry crane hook. This setup is optimally engineered to produce 12 skids per year, making it ideal for efficiently meeting your manufacturing needs. Briggs’ Pharma Engineering team have experience and knowledge of building systems for a range of liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical products. Notably, delivering global projects to produce the famous blue asthma inhaler, insulin, HIV, and hormonal treatment all from our UK production facility.

Robert Buxton, Managing Director said “Our growth in the pharmaceutical sector has been born from a passion and desire to offer market leading technologies to major blue chip companies across the entire production process. Briggs of Burton are leading exciting new projects in the pharmaceutical market and are developing engineering solutions to help our customers with their sustainability targets.”

Briggs’ Pharma Engineering team has established an outstanding position in the pressurized Metered Dose Inhaler (pMDI) market by offering cutting-edge bespoke mixing system technology tailored to a variety of hydrofluoroalkanes (HFA’s), including HFA134a, HFA152a, and HFO1234ze.
